The Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 209A Hearing

This was a matter brought forth on behalf of a complainant that was claiming she was in reasonable fear of my client and was seeking a retraining order. After the hearing, during which time I presented various exhibits and witnesses, the petition for the restraining order was denied.
