The crime of enticing away a person for prostitution or sexual intercourse is governed by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 272 Section 2. An individual who commits the crime of enticing away a person for prostitution or sexual intercourse can be punished by up to 3 years imprisonment in the state prison or up to 1 year in jail or by a fine of up to $1,000.00. The individual may also be punished by both a fine and imprisonment in jail.

- The individual fraudulently or deceitfully enticed a person away from the home of his or her parent or guardian or elsewhere
