Class E controlled substances include lighter doses of prescription drugs that contain Codeine, Morphine, and Opium. Individuals who are charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class E controlled substance under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 94C Section 32D can be sentenced up to 9 months in a jail or house of correction and/or they may also be fined between $250.00 and $2,500.00. It can also affect one’s ability to enter into any branch of the armed services. Finally, a drug related offense on one’s record can affect that person’s ability to obtain citizenship in the United States and/or can result in deportation.

I really appreciate your prompt and highly effective assistance on this matter. After six different OUI attorneys told me that there was no way to recall the warrant and dismiss the charges against me without me returning to Mass from California, you managed to accomplish what they said was impossible. Thanks again!
